This site sells the paperback of Ek Raat Ek Baat by Aditya Agrawal. Orders are placed with the author through this site.

- An order is placed when you submit your details and complete payment. You will see an order number on the page.
- You are responsible for giving a correct delivery address and mobile number.
- The text, cover and design on this site belong to the author and may not be copied for sale.
- These terms are governed by the laws of India.

What we collect. Your name, mobile number, email address (optional), delivery address, and the details of your order.
Why. To deliver your copy, to contact you about your order, and to keep a record of the sale.
Payments. Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments on their own secure page. We never see or store your card, netbanking or UPI credentials. We receive only the payment status and reference for your order.
Sharing. We do not sell your details. They are shared only with the courier or service that delivers your copy, and with our payment and hosting providers so the site can work.
Your choices. To see, correct or delete your details, write to us using the contact details below with your order number.
Delivery
- We deliver paperbacks to addresses in India.
- Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Your order is prepared after payment is confirmed. We will tell you when it ships.
- If your order has not reached you when you expected it, contact us with your order number.
Refunds and cancellation
- You can ask to cancel an order any time before it ships. A cancelled order is refunded in full to the payment method you used.
- If your copy arrives damaged, or it is not the book you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you.
- Refunds are started as soon as they are approved. The time they take to show in your account depends on your bank or payment app.
